Gloucester County is a county located in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of 2014, Gloucester County's Census-estimated population was 290,951,〔 an increase of 0.9% from the 2010 United States Census, when its population was enumerated at 288,288,〔 in turn an increase of 33,615 (+13.2%) from the 254,673 counted in the 2000 U.S. Census,〔 retaining its position as the state's 14th-most populous county. Gloucester County is located south of Philadelphia and northwest of Atlantic City.
